We are pleased to inform you that any opened or used products that do not meet your satisfaction can be returned within 30 days of purchase with proof of purchase. Please send the products back to the following address:

Please note that we do not provide return labels.

Please print our Return Form, complete it with your name, order number, and the products you wish to return, and include it in your package. A refund will be issued to the original form of payment within 30 days of receiving your returned package at our facilities. We recommend that you send your return via an insured method, which can be tracked in the case of loss. Caudalie is not responsible for lost packages. Please note that we only accept returns for orders placed on us.caudalie.com. For purchases made at retail locations or other websites, please contact the original place of purchase.

We do not refund replacement orders and are not responsible for stolen packages. If your parcel is marked as delivered by the carrier but you did not receive it, please contact us within 48 hours. Before reaching out, check your surroundings, front desk, mailbox, and ensure the package was not received by someone else on your behalf.

Caudalie will open an investigation with the carrier and follow up within 72 business hours. If the package is confirmed lost by the carrier, we will either refund the order or reship the package once the investigation is complete, which may take up to 30 days.

We cannot exchange, or reimburse you for, products ordered from a third party retailer. We invite you to contact the point of sale where the purchase was made directly.

Refunds will be made an average of 30 days following receipt of your package.
